Pink Poodle Boutique Confetti - Review & Giveaway

The Pink Poodle Boutique is the place to go for dress-up accessories, clothing and even party supplies that your kids will love. When I discovered this online store, I was amazed at the the range in products available, and at such low prices. Tutus here start at only $6.00, a pricetag that any penny-pinching mama can swallow. If you're having a birthday party and want a great favor, you can buy 12 tutus for $45.00. Same goes for tiaras, slippers, and more (prices vary).

As you may have heard, Emma's first birthday is coming soon (only a week and a half away!), and I've been on the lookout for small details that will make this day extra special. The Pink Poodle Boutique offers many options when it comes to their personalized photo confetti. I was able to choose different shapes, messages, font and colors (both text color and the actual paper). In addition, I selected four of my favorite photos over this past year. It was hard to choose just four, but I did it!

I had a few ideas of how I wanted to use the photo confetti. First, I thought of including a few pieces in with the party invitations, but then I decided I didn't want to give the confetti away! So my plan is to use it to decorate the tables. Even if some pieces become splattered with food, chances are I'll be able to scrounge up some untainted pieces to keep as a memento for her baby book.

I already can't wait to decorate for the party, and I know I will be getting lots of compliments and inquiries about this great confetti!

BUY IT! Receive $5.00 off of your order of $25.00 or more with promotion code FreeGift.

WIN IT! One lucky reader will win a gift certificate for a free bag of personalized confetti! (Open Worldwide)

To Enter: Visit The Pink Poodle Boutique and tell me the name of another item you like there, one that was not mentioned in this post! Then give me an idea for utilizing this confetti.

After you complete the mandatory entry above, you may take any or all of the following extra entries:

  • Follow this blog publicly or tell me if you already do (+2 entry)

For a birthday gift, try a purse with things in it (like a cell phone, keys, etc.). Someone gave my daughter one for her 1st birthday and she's still playing with it a year later.

I think Emma would like anything that is noisy, mine does! A activity table that has the piano and other buttons to press and other pieces to move back and forth.

First birthday gift suggestions: The best $4 we ever spent was on these nesting cups (you can get them at Target for around $4 I think): http://www.amazon.com/Munchkin-Bath-Toy-2d-Caterpillar/dp/B000V9A2S0/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&s=baby-products&qid=1260770421&sr=8-9 Our nearly 3 year old son still plays with them in the shower. He has used them in and out of the bath. And 1 year olds suddenly love to nest things. So it might not be your main gift but I think she'll love it. Also can recommend a wheely bug or a pottery barn kids shopping cart for a bigger present. The swivel wheels are the key - she won't get stuck and need you to help her out of the corner. Hope this helps!
